Duramos 1 hora para poder. Entrar a las habitaciones ya que no estaban limpian, el elevador estaba dañado y tenía que subir por la escalera para un 4 piso con niños pequeños, la persona de la limpia toco una sola vez y no espero que le abriera la puerta y entro yo estaba en ropa interior, es una falta de respeto…

Worst hotel accommodation and they treated me like crap. Had 2 rooms for a week. And they ripped me off for a one night in another room. Made me pay 100 more that what 訂房網站.com advertisement at counter. Hotel wouldn't refund. Ill never use either again

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Orlando if you have your own transportation. I will say that it is decently far from the airport, so you need to carefully decide if it is close to what you want to see. The pool, water slides, and hot tub were great for both kids and adults. My children also loved the arcade and movie theater. We came in the off-season so most of the food options in the hotel were closed, so you should definitely check if those will be open if that is an important consideration to you. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and service was great as well. We will be back!

1. we booked and prepaid our hotel booking for 5 nights, july 5 to july 11. 2. unfortunately when we arrived midnight after our long travel from las vegas with my family on this vacation 訂房網站, there was no room available according to our booking which was for a two bedroom suite, one queen and two double beds. 3. they accommodated us on a different room type. upon entering the room we found a foul smelling stench coming from the bathroom, the bathtub had a stagnant water with a small dead spider inside it. 4. we complained to front desk nishomi about the foul stench and if they can send a lysol to tame down the smell but they shouted at us and told us to go to the front desk, check out, and leave the hotel immediately. 5. to make things worst, that morning we complained to the duty manager lydia, and she also told us to check out and leave the hotel premises. 6. we have been long staying at holiday inn resorts and waterpark orlando since 2015 and has been a go to vacation place for us, sadly we wont be staying at this property anymore in the future. good luck to the rest of the customers being mistreated, we hope everyone shares their bad experience.

1. Location not too bad but inconvenient if you do not have transport 2. Housekeeping not so clean, did not vacuum daily. No topping of towels, soap and toilet paper 3. Workflow of resort is weird. Housekeeping do not have everything on her trolley. Need to call front desk for things that you need even though housekeeper is right in front of you 4. Service is average. Not very friendly

Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again
